Great Dealership. Sey is a wonderful and caring sales person. He really did his best to satisfy us and he is a customer first type of dude. We had great experience with the Sales Manager Danish. He is humorous and did his best to get us the vehicle we wanted. The General Manager Brett was also great helping facilitate the deal. He truly cared about us as customers. Allen was great at product delivery and explaining the features of the vehicle. This is the second lease vehicle we are buying from BMW Durham and the third vehicle altogether. I wouldn't visit any other BMW dealership in the GTA if you are looking for the best possible sales and customer service experience.

After 2 Elantra’s that have been great for me I went back to Ajax Hyundai again for something new. Kash was a great sales rep who assisted in me getting into the Venue which was a great car, although after having it for just a short time I realized that it just wasn’t big enough and didn’t suit my needs. I went back in to see Kash again and didn’t really have any expectations, but with working with him I was able to trade the Venue back in and I purchased the Santa Cruz, which I have been more than happy with! With this now being my 4th vehicle from Ajax Hyundai, I’d have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks again!
