WESTNEY GARDENS REVIEWS

The Westney Gardens is set in a park like setting. The physical building is pristine in cleanliness and is exceptionally maintained throughout the hallways, elevators and all of the public venues and restaurants contained within. I want to compliment all the staff at the Westney. The expertise, compassion and efficiency of staff members is nothing short of excellent. I was so impressed with each and every one of the staff from the restaurant staff to receptionist, Nurses, PSWs and the Managers. Luke and Lisa-Marie made my brother feel more than welcome and consistently offered to answer questions or help our family in any way. I commend all the staff there for their compassion and dedication to all the residents of the Westney. It clearly shows in everything they do!

Westney Gardens is a stunning residence. The staff is exceptional; they all go above and beyond for their residents and truly care about them. A huge thank you to Luke, Lisa-Marie, and Ms. Debbie. You and the other staff were amazing.

My father chose Westney Gardens before it even opened and moved in as soon as his suite was available! Stayed for 2 years and loved every day! The food, the decor, the staff, all excellent!

CHARTWELL HARWOOD RETIREMENT RESIDENCE REVIEWS

My name is Max and I have been a placement stundent at Chartwell in the Social Service Worker program and working along side Ashley as my supervisor has been a great learning experience. Getting to know the staff and residents has been really great and the atmosphere here is always positive. There are always activities for residents to participate in and the staff takes suggestions very seriously and promptly to ensure client satisfaction. Overall I have really enjoyed my time here and will miss all the amazing residents and staff that made my time here special.

Chartwell Harwood is an excellent retirement home with many amenities. The staff and facility are both top notch. My mother is very pleased with her apartment and has settled comfortably into her new home!

PARKLAND AJAX REVIEWS

Amazing retirement residence with lots of amenities right inside the complex. They care about the resident's welfare and safety and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The place seems more like a luxury hotel than a retirement home. You can have peace of mind having an elderly family member staying here.

I recently toured Parkland Ajax for my grandmother and was truly impressed by the atmosphere, programs, food, staff, and management. Lisa Benjamin and her team are exceptional – kind, dedicated, and always putting the residents first. You can feel the warmth and care the moment you walk in the door. I've even brought my grandmother to some events, and she enjoyed them. While she's not quite ready for retirement living and prefers to stay in her home a little longer, when the time comes, we will definitely be moving her to Parkland Ajax. Keep up the amazing work, team!

Finding the right care for our parents, one with with dementia was not easy, but this retirement home has exceeded every expectation. Unlike typical long-term care (LTC) facilities, this place feels warm, inviting, and serene—more like a retreat than a care home.
