Very happy with our experience buying a sofa and chair from Sklar Pepplar in Ajax . Huge selection of lovely pieces and so many fabric options to explore . Thanks to our sales representative Julie who helped us with colour selection. Also want to shout out to the friendly delivery guys Floyd and Nathan , who were so efficient and tidy delivering our furniture . Cleaned up all the packaging too! Great experience from start to finish !

After looking at many furniture stores for our sectional sofa, we went to Sklar Peppler just to check out the store after seeing it online, and what a surprise. Lynn welcomed us, explained in detail how they work, and the promotions they have, we ended up finding a beautiful sectional, very good quality, and comfortable for a very good price. They just delivered it yesterday, and the two gentlemen Floyd and Nathan who brought it in were very professional, empathetic, respectful, and very careful. They put everything together efficiently and without a scratch. Thanks so much, guys. we will definitely be going back and recommend you to friends and family.

Had a wonderful experience at the Ajax store. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Would highly recommend this location. Would Also like to thank Nuria for being very helpful, patient, and considerate after we requested additional items to be added to our order. making changes. The Delivery came nice and early. The drivers were fast, friendly, and professional.

Excellent customer service by Lamin, Sarah and Keria. They assisted and explained everything on point and made my purchase of a refrigerator easy. This store is now my favourite location and will be back. Keep up the awesome work. You’re doing the BRICK proud. Thanks again.

Sarah gave me the best customer service I've experienced through any retailer. I wanted an item that was discontinued but still in stock at a distribution center. Instead of telling me the item has been discontinued and there is no way for me to get the item, Sarah took the time and helped me purchase the item and had it shipped to a closer store so I wouldn't need to travel as far. Amazing.

I seriously cannot believe all the negative reviews, I have had nothing but a positive experience at structube especially this location. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and Jason, the store manager, is awesome. So glad a structube opened so close to home and will be purchasing more furniture from here in the future!!
