End to end we had a seamless experience with Julian and his team. My husband and I made several changes to the original plan and Julian was not only patient with us, but updated the quote several times without issue. NV development provides a detailed quote of the cost breakdown, leaving nothing to ambiguity. Everything was very clear. The team worked very hard to complete the work and were always courteous and polite with any questions or requests we had. We couldn't be happier with the finished product (new privacy fence, stepping stones/rock placement and planting - front and backyard). Thank you to the team! Will definitely use them again for future projects.

Understood and brought my vision to life by bringing us our dream backyard outdoor living thats functional and perfect for entertaining our family and friends. He was patient, knowledgeable, hardworking and was very meticulous in his finishing work! You could tell that he takes pride in his work! Qasim was quick to respond and provided me with a quick quote on the project and his pricing was very competitive! Very happy with the finished project and would recommend and use his services again for sure!.

Qasim was very helpful in doing some stonework and cement patches in my backyard. He even went out of the way to fix some interlock that wasn’t cut correctly from the last contractor. He is great to work with and willing to help with whatever you need.
