I made an appointment to have a leaking oil problem investigated and repaired and have the oil changed. The work done on my car was excellent. The mechanic repaired the oil leak with a new part, washed the under carriage of the car and changed the oil. Many thanks for the excellent service done by Shane. He kept me informed every step of the way. Many thanks to the lovely Kyra, who was awesome with the shuttle service and also handled the office phone calls efficiently and with complete courtesy and respect. I have complete confidence in Master Mechanic’s service and the reports they provided. I found the staff honest, patient, kind and very informative. The final bill was very fair. I did not feel gouged at all. Master Mechanic Ajax will definitely be my first choice for my auto repairs.

Today, I visited the service center for my A1 service. I must say that Shayne, the mechanic who assisted me, was exceptional. He actively listened to my concerns and thoroughly inspected my car for any potential issues. His friendly and professional demeanor made the entire experience pleasant. I highly recommend Shayne and will continue to seek his expertise for future services. His dedication to providing excellent customer service is commendable and greatly appreciated.

As soon as I moved to Ajax last month, I replaced my car brake parts here. Both Kyle and others were friendly and friendly. My old car was revitalized and stabilized again. Their service was very satisfying, even though I only saw Google reviews here. Also, it was very reasonably priced, so I am willing to visit again next time.. I'm sorry I'm just writing the review now because of my busy schedule. Thank you for your attention after the repair!

Honest knowledgeable mechanics. They do lots of different repairs, I did not have an issue they could not fix. Really helpful and willing to explain what needs to be done and why.
