We worked with TK, Anwar and their team on our full home renovation including finishing our basement. The work that was done in our house was extensive and came with its own challenges (rerouting plumbing, ventilation, electrical) and installation of a beam to accommodate our beautiful open concept kitchen and family room. We couldn't be happier with the results. They brought our vision to life. The team was professional and respectful and very accommodating to us as we lived in our house during the renovations with little kids. They cleaned up every night and made sure to contain the dust and debris as much as possible. The tile work was exceptional in all areas. TK was a pleasure to work with and was available to answer any questions/concerns we had. We had a variety of products and finishes to choose from which gave us many options and he was always available for consultations and knowledge. We will definitely be working with AKMA Design and Build again. We highly recommend this team for excellence in quality, time management, professionalism, knowledge and fairness. We are looking forward to our next project with TK, Anwar and team.

I hired TK to complete my basement and he completed my basement within one month. He is a very reliable and honest person. I had complete peace of mind from start to finish. I had a tight timeframe and TK finished on time and did a great job. He is always available to answer questions and keeps checking on his workers and is involved in the process from day 1. He's not one of those contractors that will desert you or do a bad job. He does a quality job and as a customer you can have complete peace of mind that he will finish the job and not runaway like other contractors.

We recently hired TK and his team do our basement and WOW! We will only use Akma Design and Build in the future. TK was on site everyday and very communicative. We showed him what we wanted for our small space and he made our vision come to life. We are very thankful that we found Akma Design and Build and highly recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Y&G Construction Group! After months of searching on my own, they came very highly recommended by a close friend. Glenn Hunter (owner) personally took hold of my small project--removal of "decorative" aka hideous Roman-style columns framing my living room entrance and the removal of old carpet and hardwood in 2 rooms. Y&G understood what I wanted, the prices range of the new hardwood that I was comfortable with and handled the rest to perfection. The 3-person work crew of Cameron, Bryan, and Blake were beyond professional and I'm be very happy for them to return to tackle future projects in my home.

Glenn came up with a solution to my toilet replacement issue that no-one else thought of or suggested. This saved me a lot of money which I really appreciated.
