I had a great experience at Speedy Auto Service Waterloo! I've been looking for a mechanic/garage that I can trust since moving back to KW and I'm so glad that I tried Speedy. Requesting an appointment online was easy and efficient and they were very accommodating. They called to explain the problems with my vehicle and gave me several options to consider as well as their recommendations. I felt like their prices were reasonable, they had the work done very quickly and their customer service was awesome. Jennifer who was at the desk and on the phone was so friendly and efficient and really knew what she was talking about. I can't recommend them enough, and will definitely be back the next time my vehicle needs anything!

Service was outstanding. Chris was very helpful and promised to get my car in at the 1st opportunity. Within 1/2 hour, I knew waht was wrong, had an estimate and knew when the car would be ready. George got the car fixed and back to me at the time promised so that I could enjoy the rest of the long weekend. Very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend and I will return in the future.

Appreciated the much needed help. The brakes fixed promptly adjusting their day schedule for us. We’re back on the road for our summer travels with minimum delay.

ESSENTIAL AUTO SERVICE REVIEWS

Essential Auto was very helpful to get my steering issue resolved right away. They took care of my car within a few days and didn't charge me for the diagnostics because I ended up scrapping it. I understood that this was the last time that I might see my vehicle and had the foresight to empty the car before towing it to the only Suzuki dealer in the area. They referred my to Logel's who was also very understanding to my situation. Great service all around!

Having just moved back to the area after several decades l lucked out after finding these guys on Google after having problems with my car. Will was very good with explaining what the issues were. Because it's an old car l had to wait almost a week for a used part to be delivered but the service was quick and reliable when they were able to obtain it and less than the original estimate. Very pleased.

Knowledge and trustworthy. Great customer experience. I've had good service here for years. Recently, Essential informed my that the issue with my car was covered by a warranty recall and could be serviced at the dealership free. Thanks!

The staff were extremely professional with me. After you're car is done servicing, they review to you what they had done, what they anticipate you might need in the time coming, and answer honestly if you have any further questions. Lastly, the job is very well done. I would recommend going here, whether it be a little oil change or needing a larger job done. I don't usually leave reviews, however this was deserving of one.

I recently brought my car in for maintenance and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They diagnosed the issue quickly and had it fixed sooner than expected. Prices were fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. My car runs smoother than ever! Highly recommend this place for reliable and honest auto care.

The staff that works there provide amazing and friendly service. Very affordable rates and genuine car care. Definitely one of the best auto shops I've been to in the city. Highly recommend If you need anything done on your vehicle.
