I received a delivery at my home. The delivery indicated that it was the lobby calling. I explained that I wasn't home to receive it and asked if they would deliver to my work; just up the street. He took the address and delivered it. The bouquet is gorgeous! Thank you for going that extra step in delivery.

I just received fabulous customer service from this business. Linda called me this morning because she felt the flowers that she was going to include in my arrangement we’re not looking the best. We had a quick discussion and she made some substitutions. I really appreciate her calling to make sure I would be happy with the flowers I was sending. Thank you!

I just ordered a saddle for my Mothers monument to replace the one in which was stolen. The ladies were so accommodating, helpful and understanding. I had a fantastic experience with Raymond’s! I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my childhood best friend to celebrate her engagement since we no longer live in the same city. I did my research to find a reliable and well-reviewed florist that still had reasonable prices and came across Raymond’s. I ended up ordering online for the wrong delivery day (my fault), so I had to call them a couple days before to reschedule. I spoke to Jen and she took care of the rescheduling super quickly with a friendly attitude. After the order was delivered, my friend sent me a video of the bouquet with the card and it was perfect! She also loved that the bouquet came with a glass vase since they’re new homeowners and she didn’t have one yet!

I absolutely love Raymond’s Flower Shop and come in at least every other week. Not only because their flowers are the best, but because they are always so nice. Julia has such artistic talent and will make you the best bouquet. I would recommend Raymond’s Flower Shop to anyone looking for flowers.

I ordered flowers for my wedding this past October, and Suzanna outdid herself! We ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, isle petals, large alter pieces, and table centerpieces. All of which were gorgeous, lasted the entire night and were very well put together. The price was also the most reasonable I could find, and included delivery. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Raymond's for your wedding arrangements!

Haley did a wonderful job with our wedding florals! She was the most polite, attentive and enthusiastic florist we met with for our wedding. I really wanted a burgundy/apricot/pink/blush sunset vibe for our florals with lots of garden roses and she really delivered. The colour was a welcome touch to our white venue backdrop. I know I was very particular but Haley did a great job with correspondence before our special day and delivered beautiful work. Thank you so much!

Absolutely breathtaking bouquet for my partner - I made a note on my order to remove one flower because it is toxic to cats, and when I received the bouquet I was shocked to find a whole bunch of unexpected flowers... ALL CAT SAFE!! I really appreciate the care and thought that went into this bouquet. They went above and beyond.

Received the most stunning arrangement today. Delivery was so organized, and the order came right on time. I loved that the bouquet came with a damp paper towel and care instructions. Absolutely gorgeous flowers
