"Waterloo Co-operative Preschool takes pride in having two caring and highly experienced teachers who are RECE-qualified registered early childhood educators. They have been serving the Waterloo community for more than fifty years. They plan and implement their programs with the needs and interests of their children in mind. The preschool offers early education for children aged18 months to 5 years old. Waterloo Co-operative Preschool allows families to play a vital role in their child’s education by allowing them to participate in the classroom once a month. They offer a preschool class with three morning or two afternoon sessions, ideal for children 30 months and older. Toilet training is not required. The preschool is fortunate to have a warm and welcoming classroom, a large outdoor area, an indoor gymnasium and several other rooms. Their application to the Canada-wide Early Learning and Child Care System is now approved, and they are offering Affordable child care fees. Waterloo Co-operative Preschool is partially funded by Waterloo Region.

My child has been attending Pluto Waterloo Center since he was an infant, and we have had a wonderful experience. The staff and teachers are caring, patient, and truly dedicated to the children. I really appreciate the daily activities they plan, the strong focus on learning, and how they celebrate all festivals, which helps children feel included and engaged. What stands out the most is how well they understand each child’s individual needs, routines, and strengths, and how they encourage them to grow with confidence. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our child is in such a safe, nurturing, and positive environment. My kid comes home happy always Food is prepared inhouse and its ensure it nutritious I would highly recommend Pluto Waterloo Center to any parent.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Pluto Daycare, and I’m truly grateful for the care and attention my daughter receives every day. Eli, Gagan, and Komal take such great care of her — they are kind, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being. The entire staff is very nice, welcoming, and supportive, which makes dropping off and picking up such a pleasant experience. A special thank you to Krystle and Wendy — the supervisors — who are doing a fantastic job managing everything so smoothly and creating such a positive environment. It’s comforting to know my daughter is in safe, caring hands. Highly recommend Pluto Daycare to any parent looking for a nurturing and professional childcare center!.

WATERLOO CO-OPERATIVE PRESCHOOL REVIEWS

Waterloo co-op preschool has been a wonderful experience for our family. Both my kids attended this preschool and thrived. My younger kid had bad separation anxiety ,but the teachers were amazing and open to working with the parents as needed. For me, as a mom ,I learned a lot from Tracy and Patty and all the wonderful educators while volunteering in class. Teachers were amazingly attentive to the kids social and emotional needs. I would definitely recommend.

Awesome preschool in the heart of Waterloo. The teachers and staff are awesome; and go above and beyond to mentor the little tykes. Right from welcoming the kids into school each day, to taking care of their individual needs; from teaching them the various social skills and manners to providing timely and correct updates and guidance to parents; the teachers and staff at Waterloo Co-Operative Preschool did more for my son than I expected. A perfect place for Kindergarten Prep.

My son attended the KinderPrep/Preschool, and he had wonderful year at Waterloo Cooperative Preschool. The teachers were friendly, caring and very supportive. My sons favourite part of the preschool was the outdoor play area & he also made friends at WCP. I can honestly say that the KinderPrep program really helped make my son’s transition to Kindergarten very easy!.

Today was my son's first day and since he came home, he wants to go back and meet his new friends and have fun.. all the staff members were so welcoming and helpful.. really loved the way they kept me updated throughout the day about my son and even sending cute pics.. thank you so much.

I worked there as a volunteer. Absolutely love the staff and the kids! Was my pleasure with them. Thank you Bonnie and Eva for helping me learn and grow.
