We were purchasing a retirement gift for a watch collector. Raffi is one of the only official Hamilton watch distributors in our area. Stella was absolutely amazing. She understood the budget we were working with and showed us options that fit our needs and expectations. We were able to get a gift receipt. Gift wrapped and warranty activated. Fantastic experience. Highly recommend!!

I was looking for a great ring to propose to a wonderful woman and Raffi supplied a unique ring for a very affordable price considering the other options at the mall. Very few people will own another ring like my wife now has Estella was a great help and lovely to interact with while in store. Would recommend Raffi Jewelers.

I had a wonderful experience at showroom. I loved bracelets and Nicoleta is so nice she explained so beautifully. I would recommend if you visit people's. You must go talk to her to buy something.

We walked into this jewelry store since it is local to us, they to directed us to their website so that we could fully customize my dream ring. It was so much fun being able to filter and select options based off a style I knew that I wanted. My now fiancé coordinated with them to recreate a beautiful ring for me based on the styles I had selected. After wearing the ring for a week I needed to go down to a smaller size and they were able to fix it for me within a couple of hours. Really appreciated their prompt turnaround and I know my fiancé was really happy with their service.

Creating this custom ring was such a pleasure with Heffernans As a multi generational family run business they take pride in creating quality work and this cascades into their customer service as well. Though we engaged mostly with Melanie the rest of the family also took interest and provided valuable insight into how to make this ring exactly what we dreamed it would be Thank you all so much for your support, patience and commitment in creating this beautiful custom black and white diamond ring So many compliments so far and undoubtedly more to come.

I’ve been to this shop a few times for watch batteries, necklace repairs, ring resizing, pretty well most jewellery needs, and I’m always impressed with their friendliness and excellent customer service. Their prices are reasonable as well. If you have jewellery needs I would definitely recommend this shop.
