We had a great experience with Chris. He installed an interior lock nob for us today, all installed properly and in quick fashion. I can't thank him enough for how quick he answered the call and got to the house. A big weight is off our shoulders knowing we can now lock the door he installed the nob on!

We suddenly needed to replace a deadbolt and broken 21 year old door nob. Within about an hour Chris came to our home and provided fast and efficient service. Thank you for your prompt and polite attitude.

Ben was super helpful - I was in a time pinch and he fit me in, installed a gorgeous new lock for me, and rekeyed another lock. He made sure I was happy with the suggested plan, the product, got to work and was superb!

Ben helped me figure out which hardware I needed, and did an excellent job of installing and rekeying my new keypad lock. Quick response, good communication and reasonable appointment windows.
