3 Best Furniture Stores in Waterloo, ON

We purchased a full furniture package at St. Jacob’s Furniture House for our vacation home in the Blue Mountains. It was a terrific experience from beginning to end. Agnes was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the process and made sure we made the right selections. The price was reasonable and the quality outstanding, exceeding our expectations. The white glove delivery was on time and executed perfectly. Lucia managed the process so well and was a delight to work with. The experience was so good that we will think long and hard about purchasing furniture anywhere else in the future.

The sales and service staff are excellent. We've been happy with all the furniture we've purchased. Recently need a repair on a recliner that was purchased years ago and they found the part and a repairman. That's customer service at it's best. Highly recommend.

We love our new dining set purchased at St Jacobs furniture house. The staff was very helpful as we chose our fabric and wood finish. This custom piece was delivered in the time frame promised. We are very happy with quality of this Canadian made furniture.

My wife and I had a great shopping experience here thanks to Fritz. He patiently answered all our questions about materials, construction and finishes. Helped us select exactly what we wanted and made sure the order was made accurately. For not much more than you would pay for something from a discount furniture place, were confident we have a dining set that will last for years and years of daily use with kids. I checked them against other Mennonite furniture places and their prices are fair.

Love love love the latest edition to our home! We just received our new dining room set and could not be happier - the black walnut live edge table adds so much character. The experience of purchasing furniture could be overwhelming, but the staff at St. Jacobs Furnishings made it an enjoyable experience - they are professional, knowledgeable and take the time to understand what you are looking for (without any pressure). We would highly recommend St. Jacob's Furnishings - great service, great product - a winning combination.

Amazing quality - great deal with the sale for solid materials! And I only paid half down when i ordered. Paula was skilled with colouring and so patient with my questions and measurements. Highly recommend - cannot beat the quality in this market.
