This is by far the best auto shop I have ever experienced (and I've gone to many auto shops). I stumbled upon them by chance as I needed something fixed urgently and they were the closest shop around. Jackson is as honest as they come, one of a kind, which is obvious by the many repeat customers. Not only is he efficient, his prices are more than fair, ridiculously so. I will never go anywhere else. I had a faulty Cadillac in his shop that had some electrical problem. I was in no hurry to get it back. It stayed in his shop for more than two months while his team worked on it but in the end it was a computer that could only be ordered through the dealer. I was terrified to pick up the car as the price would like be very high for a 2 month diagnostic which his team spent many hours working on. It was free. He said he couldn't fix it so no charge. At the same time he fixed my side mirror for free which the dealer wanted $1200 for. No other shop is in the same league as this one.
