My experience with Concord First General was excellent! Jaydon was extremely professional, and the quality of the carpet cleaning he did on my residential home was exceptional. For someone like myself who is very detailed oriented, I was overly impressed. I would highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs or home carpet cleaning.

It's not often you come across a company like this. Justin the owner came out to my house for and insurance call. He was very honest and helpful. Reception was excellent as well. I feel this is the type of company that goes above and beyond for their customers. Keep up the good work.

The technician was awesome. He was having one of those days. He kept in contact with me throughout the afternoon. Then I got a call from the office asking to reschedule. I asked if it could be the next day and he agreed even though it was his day off. He showed up at the agreed time and got set up. He was truly professional and did a great job.
