I went in with my external hard drive not being recognized on my computer and the owner fixed it in 15 minutes!! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and gave me peace of mind about my data being safe. He also gave me recommendations on how to take better care of my devices and data so that I could avoid this situation in the future, which I really appreciated. If I could give more stars, I would!
