Shout out to Mike (the owner) and Shashi - both went above and beyond to set up my teenager's new line and in the process told me of a really good deal that got me a brand new Samsung phone and Optimum points! When Virgin billed me the process fee that Mike said he had waived, I went back and Shashi and Mike helped me out and credited my account with points. They were really brilliant! Thanks again!

Jessica Z (Ajax location) was dealing with technical issues. She was very professional and courteous while working through everything. Thanks to her awesome service, my 77-year-old mom is now a cell phone user.

Long line up on December 27th but Michael was working by himself and he was awesome! Worked so efficiently, was an excellent multi-tasker and knew his stuff!!!
