The food was wonderful they had a lot of variety. I also really love the frozen yogurt it was surprisingly better than the ice cream there. The customer service was amazing as well they brought us hot towels to clean ours hands before we ate and the staff was super kind. The only thing I would have love is for them to have more fried rices varieties but other than that my family and I love our time.

Ken was our server, and he was great! Very attentive to the needs of clients. The food was very good, I had a variety of seafood, as well as meats and veggies. Desserts were so many. They met all my sweet tooth cravings! Recommend this restaurant for lunch and holidays.

Had an amazing date night at the mandarin in Kanata. I unfortunately did not catch the name of our server but she was as polite as can be and went above and beyond!! We will be back for sure.

GOLDEN PALACE RESTAURANT REVIEWS

From the moment I entered, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed. Throughout the meal, they were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that my needs were met promptly. The servers were knowledgeable about the menu and offered helpful recommendations based on my preferences. Overall, the combination of delicious food and outstanding service made for a memorable dining experience that I would highly recommend to others.

Legendary. The egg rolls make up for some of the difficulties on the phone or picking up, but it's all part of the atmosphere and charm that is Golden Palace. With love and respect, my ottawa wouldn't be the same if they ever changed. Love the Egg Rolls.

Haven't eaten the food for a few years, but it was good pre-pandemic. I go regularly for the egg rolls, which are the best in town. Get the cold rolls and cook them at home. Excellent, just as good as in house. Congrats on 50 Years (+14).

PEKING DUCK REVIEWS

Tried Peaking Duck several times and so far the best Chinese food in Ottawa! The skin was super crispy, the meat was juicy, and they carved it right at our table, which was fun to watch. Loved wrapping the duck in the little pancakes with scallions and sauce—so good. The place has a cool traditional vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful even though it was pretty busy. It’s definitely more expensive than your average meal, but honestly, it’s worth it for the experience. I would recommend this to all my friends!.

Our fifth time here after it opened… we are from China and this is the most authentic place in Ottawa. Duck taste like what it was back home, stir fry dishes is the best quality and tasting we’ve had in Canada. Everything is clean and we trust the food to be delicious every time. This upscale restaurant is our go to for every special occasion for our family.

Amazing experience! The Peking Duck combo was delicious, with every dish beautifully presented like a work of art. Great service, attentive staff, and a lovely ambience made the meal even better. Highly recommended!.
