TOP 3 ST. MATTHEW'S R.C. PARISH REVIEWS
Whoever was the architect did a beautiful job. I can help but look at the ceilings and walls every time I go to mass. My children have language school on Sundays and catechism on Wednesday at St. Matthews. The staff and volunteers are all friendly. It is a smaller church so there is overflow. You must go early to ensure seating however there are stairs folded just outside that you are welcome to use and can sit in the hallway with no problems hearing Father. Parking can be difficult during peak times.
One of the best churches here! The masses are so nice to attend and the priest's homily is very easy and fun to listen to. The interior and choir is stunning. As a kid, they used to serve juice after mass! Not so sure if they still serve it now, as we have moved. They also have a community hall that you can book out for occasions.
This has been my home parish since birth. The masses, staff, and clergy here are amazing. I love the community here, but it's a large congregation, so getting involved in a ministry is integral to making friends. There are tons of events to meet new people and everyone is very welcoming.

I have grown to love this church specially since I began attending the 9am mass this year. I started once a week and eventually gone daily. I love that I can go to the adoration chapel. The Rosary is prayed daily after the 9am mass (except Sunday, I think). The schedule is different on Sunday masses so I just go home. Some days after the 9am weekday mass there are activities which is open to all after the Rosary. On Mondays, I would sometimes join the group to give food and drinks to the poor and maybe get to know those willing to talk. Tuesdays, you may join the group to go for a 1hr walk/hike at nearby park/trails. Ride is available to a park that is farther away. Thursdays is Zumba class for a small fee of $4 at this time. This class is growing every week. Other days may have bible study or events according to what's happening at the church. These activities are great for retired, semi retired, or just have time to spare and do something in the morning or get to know or give back to the community by sharing your time, talent and treasures (those willing to share :) God bless.
There is so much misery and wasted opportunity in our area. People wandering the streets, shouting and screaming. It's nice to come here and meet some nice calm people who make the effort to dress up and meet on a sunday to worship. A lot of the people who worship there are immigrants like us. People who work hard and take the opportunities that are here in Canada. A lot of people in surrey could learn from the parishioners here, be humble, get out there and work, make your living and be grateful, stop waiting for a political saviour to hand you everything, it's there, get out and start climbing the ladder.
This was my childhood church. Last time I was here, it was the white bald guy with glasses. He’s very boring and sleep-inducing like Ambien. I liked it when it was the Filipino guy who was funnier than Jo Koy. He’s good. Made going to church, which is f’ing boring, entertaining and fun to attend.

TOP 3 RELATE CHURCH REVIEWS
I haven't actually been to Relate Church but believe as a church, you are truly blessed! John & Helen, the pastors, have come to Toronto to speak on relationships at our church on many occasions. Their heart and passion for people and building the church is so evident. One day we hope to visit here but I highly recommend checking Relate Church out. With the huge impact the pastors here have had on mine and my husband's marriage in such the small time we've spent together.. you'd make no mistake by giving this church a try.
I love how Relate Church is making an impact in the community. They have adopted 5 inner city schools where they give weekly food hampers to families in need, distribute Christmas presents to the students every year and run programs for the students before school and during the lunch break.
If you're looking for a bible teaching church and to reconnect with God, Relate church is the place to be. You'll be filled with the Holy Spirit as you listen to the teaching of our Lord Jesus Christ.
