SHERATON VANCOUVER GUILDFORD HOTEL REVIEWS

Had a great stay. Spent two nights here for a work trip. It's in a good location, located right across from the mall which had lots of shops and food options. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was good, very cozy, I liked that one of the lounging chairs had USB charging ports. Great bathroom amenities, and the shower had fairly decent water pressure. Depending on what side your room is on you wind up with not a bad view, overlooking the neighbourhood facing the mountains. Would absolutely stay here again.

Had a great stay overall! The room was spacious and nice mountain views. Hallway though was very cold and coffee machine inside the room wasn’t user friendly. Location is accessible to shopping malls and highway. Pablo from grab and go was very friendly and hospitable from the first day of our stay until we checked out.

Stayed here for two nights. The staff was amazing and upon check-in in front desk gave us a little gift for my puppy. The room was spacious and had great amenities. We ordered some food from room service and it was all amazing. Kudos to the staff for great service!

HOLIDAY INN & SUITES SURREY EAST-CLOVERDALE REVIEWS

The front staff was very friendly and helpful. As soon as we got in she greeted with a very friendly smile that made all of us welcomed. This was one of the best hotels we stayed during our trip. The room was super clean, the air condition was at the right level, clean air, the carpet was clean, and so one. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back again in the future. It was worthy for the price.

The exterior of the building presents itself well as does the lobby interior. The restaurant attached is under renovations however the lounge is still available for meals. The room is a little dated, particularly the bathroom. With the pending upgrades to start in October, I would expect the rooms to brought up to current standards.

Thank you for providing a comfortable and relaxing stay during my time in Cloverdale. As always, I slept well and was always kindly greeted by the staff on the reception desk.

The staff are great, friendly and very accommodating. I had to reserve an extra night, due to car troubles and I wasn't sure I would be able to leave, as scheduled. When my car was repaired later that day, and I was able to go home, they gave me a refund on the additional night. Even though it was later in the day, and they didn't have to. Highly recommended!

When we arrived, Aman Singh greeted us warmly and was super helpful checking us in and adjusting us. The room was big and had windows, which was really nice. The beds were comfortable, and the room was nice and dark/quiet. Very good hotel experience! Thank you for your service to let me have a good time in surrey.

The staff was very friendly, the room clean and spacious. The free breakfast was quite good, but nothing fancy. The only complaint I have is that the hot tub was not working when we were there. We would definitely stay here again.
