GUILDFORD RECREATION CENTRE REVIEWS
Amazing place. Both me and my wife wanted to have swim so we went there and the overall experience we had is great. It was bit crowded and we had to wait in the queue for a while to take tickets but it was worth the time spent at the queue. The life guards at the swimming pool were very vigilant too. Would love to go again.
I love taking my daughter to this pool has its pretty much the best pool in all of Surrey for indoor pools. We have a great time whenever we go which is usually Saturday and on New Year's I did not know that it was closed early and we got there at 3:00 in the pool by 3:15 and heard the announcement that it was closed by 4:00 having come all the way from downtown Vancouver we were a little disappointed but I knew it was my fault but I ran into the lady that I paid to get into the pool and told her that we were a little disappointed and she seen my daughter and said she was so so sorry and she gave us four adult passes to use in the future which she did not have to do and was very nice of her. I highly recommend this pool as there's lots of nice people that work there and swim there.
I’ve been to many public pool facilities all over the Lower Mainland, and I believe this is the best one. The facility is new, modern, bright, clean, large, and well laid out. The facility can get busy, especially the weight room, where it can be difficult to find a machine, but overall it handles the capacity well.

GRANDVIEW HEIGHTS AQUATIC CENTRE REVIEWS
Kids pools were very warm! Hot tub for everyone was also a good hot temp! There’s also a adult hot tub in the very corner and it was a nice temp too. The water levels of the kids pools were ranging from toddler size all the way to adult size. So my kiddos get to play easily. It was overall a good experience. We went on a Saturday afternoon and it was very busy but still fun.
We first investigated this centre during the pandemic, but it was impossible to get access because it had to be booked. Access to swim lessons is a challenge if you’re not quick to book as they open up, but we now use this place for our recreational swim (not lessons). It’s very family-friendly, clean, and safe. My kids love coming here and swimming for hours. The monthly membership for youth is very reasonable, about $22/month per child of you do the annual one..totally worth it! Staff are super helpful. What sets this facility apart is that even when swimming lessons are going on, there is always free swim areas that can be used. When they are open, there is always free swim areas and no times are blocked off. This was what was important for us.
Great pool! Lots of wheelchair parking which is greatly appreciated as well as large changing rooms that have showers inside of them. I have a chlorine allergy but this pool doesn't seem to bother me and the individual showers allow me to fully scrub all of my body to prevent a chlorine rash. Always very clean and the staff are fantastic.

SURREY SPORT & LEISURE COMPLEX REVIEWS
Clean facility. Friendly staff. Needed my skates sharpened and gave them to the young man at the skate rental and sharpening counter. He looked at them and asked if I was sure that I wanted them sharpened there as they are profession skates, (they are very very old from my figure skating days as a teenager.) I told him to go ahead. He started one and called me over to point out that a previous sharpening had damaged a part of the blade. I was aware of this and encouraged him to continue the best he could. He tidied up the mess and my blades looked really good. And I had a great skate that day! Good for this young man who was cautious and careful enough to care about my old skates. Well done.
Best place at the most affordable price. Only problem is occasionally seeing obnoxious teenagers being loud, although not all of them are. Still, best place for fitness.
Love how it's open to public and does not require membership. Use of arena and skate rentals are affordable. Use of skater aids are free. There were lots of staff at the lobby and on the rink ready and able to assist.
