Blackie Spit Park is a great place to visit and just take in the beautiful scenery. They have a friendly beach just before the spit area. Blackie Spit Park is a wildlife/bird-protected and nesting area. They also have a small swimming area for off-leash dogs. This park is nice to see people, just relaxing and having picnics. Their new dog park is great for dogs who love to swim. This place is a wonderful place to bring your family and your furry friend, and also for people who love photography. There is a rental here for watercraft like boats and paddleboards. If you want to try them out, you can rent them per hour. This park provides a hidden gem worth visiting and experiencing.

2025 Update: Blackie Spit Park is a sandy spit with abundant bird life, a 5-km nature trail.

The park has a variety of mature rhododendrons and a number of walking paths and benches where you can enjoy the surroundings.
