CASBAH DAY SPA REVIEWS

Highly recommend this spot! We had a group of seven girls complete a 30 minute spa package with complementary access to the sauna and the steam room. Kendra assisted us. The staff is exceptionally meticulous, friendly, and courteous. We were blown away by the service. I know assisting large groups is tough, but they were extremely patient and kind. The massages were customized and relaxing too.

Probably the best facial I’ve ever had. Can’t remember which one it was as this review is quite late but man oh man, the facial massage that came with it had me grinning ear to ear. I was in heaven. I enjoyed the sauna as well and the glass of red wine at the end was a nice touch. Been meaning to come back.

The best facials! Not only do they do a great facial, but it’s a whole body experience with a back scrub, and hand and foot massage.

7/10/24 updating my review as Aru earnestly worked to rectify the issues I initially outlined in my original review. My husband and I were very satisfied with our couples package we received on 7/6/24 and are appreciative of the efforts the staff took in order to ensure we were able to enjoy them. Our two massage therapists (I unfortunately cannot remember their names now—Possibly Crystal and Sundhi but hopefully management can look it up and forward this feedback to them) were very attentive and created a relaxing and enjoyable environment for us. Were we to ever travel through Surrey again, we would be happy to return to Aru.

Had my first prenatal massage with Tanya at Aru. She was very kind and comforting. Did a great job with the massage. Left me feeling very relaxed while helping with my pain I was experiencing. Highly recommended.

Highly suggest booking your massage with Elvira at Aru’s spa. Absolutely amazing and extremely relaxing experience.

The best spa ever! This was my first time coming here. The lady who did the facial and pedicure was very professional and made the whole experince top-notch. She even did the massage which was not included in the facial. It was so relaxing, i wish i could come here everyday. Will totally recommend this spa its very calm and you will feel very comfortable and relaxing there.

I have been going to Skin Concepts for over 20 years and I have to say it’s the best spa around. The staff are amazing and always so welcoming. The services are always top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exceptional spa experience.

I came here for a mani pedi before my vacation and it was great. Friendly Staff who are chatty but not too chatty, lots of colours to choose from and very clean! I will come back.
