Laptop was troubleshooted faster than exspected and was happy to know that our repair was just a simple charger replacement. Next time I have a problem I will surely check with another reliable wall charger before bringing in and this will be the place I go again if needing any repairs. Highly recommend your company. My older computer began stalling randomly on me, no pattern. My husband took it to Geeks know this. They scanned it and recommended replacing the SSD and added extra memory for a competitive price. Sadly, although the machine was more responsive, the problem persisted. Back it went, under a 1 year warranty. Four days of testing and all was well in the shop. So they asked us to bring in the keyboard and mouse for testing. That was the problem. We replaced those components and the computer is now brilliant. Thanks to Kaleb for standing up to your very good reputation and spending hours trying to replicate the random frozen manual interface!! Very thorough and dogged. These guys are absolutely the best in every respect. My desktop issued seemed simple at first and the tech offered to fix it for free if it was a simple software reset issue. The next theory was that it needed a new clock battery, which had to be ordered in. The communication process was excellent through this stage, with regular phone calls and texts about the status. The battery replacement also didn't work and it turned out to be a more complex hard drive issue they couldn't fix. Because they failed to fix it, they charged me nothing - they wouldn't even let me pay for the special-order battery. But, even if they had charged me, their shop rates are very reasonable.
