Patrick who came first and explained the furnace and AC details was awesome. He explained everything. We did quotes from other providers, Francis company beat the others. I checked the online rates for the equipment, the price quoted was very fair and very competitive for all the work that was completed. Amazing job by the installation team. Nicely mounted AC on brackets and a clean furnace room. Excellent installation service.

Bradley is the gold standard; he was punctual, personable, efficient and explained what he was doing, and why, and he offered helpful advice regarding maintenance and care. Very impressed. Kevin and Dave just finished a number of electrical installations and repairs. They were terrific to work with. They needed to troubleshoot a couple of unexpected issues; they kept me involved along the way, and approached their work both professionally and with a sense of humour. Well done!

Had a great experience with duct cleaning from Francis home environment! Aidan and Derrick were here for over 3 hours and were clean and polite! They showed us some issue spots in the ducts and how to get them fixed. We were blown away by the job they did! Would recommend over and over again and will definitely use them (and Francis) in the future for duct cleaning.

Reliance has been great. From the point of filling out the request online, to dealing with Satish, the sales guy to our 2 installers Dustin and Mark. The process of getting a new Air Conditioner into my home was very easy. Dustin took time to explain the removal of my old unit and the addition of the new unit along side the NEST thermostat. I would recommend Reliance to anyone in the Ottawa area who may be looking for a new air conditioner.

We needed a new water tank, furnace and air conditioner. Every person we have spoken to within reliance have been nothing but professional and helpful. They could have sold us more then what we needed but they didn't. They gave us all the options, asked what our needs were and then let us know what they recommended from those answers. The service people were very polite and answered every question put to them. We are very happy with the services that they provide.

Very impressed with Service provided by Technician today. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about Product he was installing and other Systems and Products Reliance have available. A most efficient, accurate and personable individual. Willing to answer all questions and did not make a person feel rushed. Pretty amazing. I was resigned to fact that the Product may not be installed till tomorrow but Chris had job completed in a matter of hours. Definitely an Ambassador for Reliance Home Comfort!

I recently had Enercare replace my ductless AC. Brian was very helpful in getting my quote and appointment organized. The technicians who installed it (Jeff and Jamie) were great! They were very professional and friendly and worked hard in the heat (and awkward space under my deck) They explained everything that had to be done. I was very happy with the whole experience, and very happy to have a cool condo!
