3 Best Security Systems in Ottawa, ON

I was looking for a company to install CCTV cameras at my residence. And my go-to place was obviously the internet, from where I could choose a company based on reviews. And the one that immediately stood out was Protek Installations. Dell was my contact and, over the phone, he immediately came across as someone who was not only dedicated and passionate about his job, but also seemed to know what he was talking about. Dell was always easily accessible, and prompt in his responses. Long story short, Dell and Julian arrived on the appointed day. Both went about their work meticulously and with great care. They even negotiated difficult and almost impossible corners, angles and turns with great dexterity, patience and ingenuity. They went above and beyond their call of duty. At the end, Dell patiently helped me with downloading the app and explaining how to negotiate my way through it. Finally, he left after assuring me of their availability whenever needed. Overall, it was a very rewarding experience having Protek install our CCTV system, and I highly recommend them.

We were really impressed by the prompt customer service we were given by Red Flag. Home security was a very important factor when we were moving into our new home and when we heard about Red Flag security system, we gave them a call. Not only did Andrea promptly provide us quotes to suit our requirements, she also accommodated our after work hours schedule to set up the system. On the day of the installation, the Red flag technical expert, John did an amazing job installing the system and gave us very good advice on the overall system. It has been almost a month now and we feel safe thanks to the robust security system in place. Thank you Red Flag for your excellent services!.
