Excellent service. Come back to make sure driveway is well cleared every snowstorm. Very good communication on progress (info on city graders, parking on street, etc.). Worth the cost.

I've been using their snow removal service for the last 5 years. They do a great job and are super with communication (email).

We have used JR Snow for about 4 years and highly recommend the company.

Not a customer. But they routinely dump snow on my property. They also often leave snow in street after they do a driveway. They do not respond to complaints. Had to go to by law enforcement. Use them and p.o. your neighbours. But then again what do expect from a company who was investigated for price fixing in Ottawa. Just Google them featured on CBC Ottawa. - Chris Reply

I would like to thank Joe and his crew for the EXCELLENT job he has done so far this winter I work in a large Hotel in Ottawa and the parking lot is cleaned down to the Asphalt. This is the second year I contracted Queens and by far the best I've seen here in the last 8 years. I would highly recommend giving Joe a call for a quote for next season. Recently completed some interlock work with Queens Property Service. My coworker recommended I consider them, and during the job I found out he does snow removal as well. He was kind enough to offer me a great rate for this upcoming winter season. I could only imagine the work will be just as great.
