I highly recommend this professional, considerate and compassionate service. After a collision, Al arrived quickly, waited respectfully while I dealt with the paperwork. He noticed my small dog that I was holding and brought a blanket. He saw that I was flustered with the flurry of activity and calmly explained the process and my rights. He got my car towed and me home in a much much calmer state than I had been when he arrived. Thank you to this community minded, local family owned business.

Unbelievably professional and very ethical service at a very fair price. I gave the start and end points over the phone and knew the price up front without surprises and it was very reasonable from my research. They didn't even charge more than the regular rate for a Sunday tow ! Additionally the dispatch person helpfully suggested towing direct to the dealership I preferred instead of home even though they were closed to avoid having to tow again the next day when they were open. The driver was also exceptionally personable and obviously highly diligent, checking that he emergency brake was off etc. All in all I think it doesn't get any better in a difficult situation than having these folks take good care of your needs.
