K and K are simply amazing. They are so friendly and knowledgeable and always going the extra mile. Today they even went into the cold pool to personally scrub the bottom. They are so awesome and Mermaid is very lucky to have them in their employ and we are so fortunate they maintain our pool. Thank you K and K.

Steph and his team do a fantastic job at every open and close. He takes the time to explain each step, makes knowledgeable recommendations, and is always on time. He never disappoints and is by far the best team at Mermaid. Looks forward to seeing him again this spring.

I was impressed with the quick response and helpful problem solving provided by Lyne. She was great at asking all the necessary questions so the person arriving to fix my pool was well prepared.

Great service in-store, staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Service Department is excellent recently had a new pool filter installed and a liner replaced. Very happy with the work performed for both jobs, and with the follow up from the Service Manager and technicians on all questions and concerns I had along the way.

We are very pleased with our new pool table. Its been a pleasure dealing with Purewater Total Home Leisure. All the staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. We would highly recommend.

This place is the best. Everyone who works here is super knowledgable, they helped me buy everything I needed for my pool. They answered all my questions and explained all the pool equipment. Couldn’t have asked for better service.

Jan is very responsive by email. Always responded promptly. Scott came by within a week to diagnose the issue. Had to order a new pump. Came back to install once the pump arrived. Even came back the next day after the install to confirm all was good and no leaks and to reset the spa pack. Scott is very friendly and knowledgeable about all things hot tub related. I'd highly recommend SOS. Thank you.

Very impressed with SOS. The service was great .I would highly recommend Scott to anyone needing pool or hot tub help. I have had others come to do service but none of them come even close to how knowledgeable Scott is .Super happy with the whole process. Good work on my hot tub.
