We have been long time clients at Mermaid Pools. Our pool has provided us with many great family memories. When we started on this journey, we knew nothing about pools and pool maintenance. We are in the store frequently and rely heavily on the expertise of the staff. The water testing station is crucial to our maintenance (even made it pretty easy) and the staff are knowledgeable and professional. We will always go back to Mermaid for all of our pool needs!

We used Pure water for a liner replacement. We were very happy with the experience. Their technicians are store employees NOT some sub trades. Vinny, Rob & Josh took pride in their work, kept us advised of any unforeseen issues. The liner fits better than the original 14 years old one. They returned on the days scheduled to complete the install...as well followed up with cleaning the pool deck and removal of all waste material...All in all a very good experience.

Wonderful company to deal with; exceptional work! Communication was clear and frequent from the planning and design stages through completed construction. We experienced a slight hiccup with the installation of the deck, in which it wasn't quite what I had in mind, nor what was in the design specs. The owner was made aware of my concern, addressed it immediately himself and made sure I was 100% satisfied. I absolutely love spending my summer in the backyard!
