Prompt response to enquiry, on-site appointment within days, careful inspection of entire house. Located minor mouse infestation and treated all areas quickly and effectively. Was able to locate likely point of entry for the mice on exterior. No further mouse activity after about 2 months. Exceptional service, very professional. Would recommend easily.
Very responsive but little understanding of eliminating a problem of raccoons in the attic. The result was poor placement of a one way door, a visible mess of the exterior an outlandish fee for no result
I contacted Essen Pest Control to get rid of a raccoon in my roof. Their response was immediate, courteous and very professional and their price was competitive. Rick identified the problem quickly, installed a one-way door to prevent re-entry and a humane trap to catch the intruder. During the week that the trap was in place we caught a skunk as well as the raccoon. Both were removed quickly. Essen Pest Control will have my business if ever needed again. - Michael Braham
