Came in today for a battery replacement, I never got her name but the lady working this morning was amazingly helpful. She was able to troubleshoot my Thinkpad and get it to power on after removing the battery. She also helped walk me through receiving support from Lenovo through my warranty, which she didn't have to do. Didn't even charge me for her time. Definitely a trustworthy business. Thank you.

My computer started to run slow and I was getting warnings of a imminent hard drive failure. PC Repair Depot replaced the hard drive, transferred my files and my computer was ready to be picked up that same day. The price was reasonable and the service excellent.
