Thank you, Dr. Bains! I can finally eat and drink without pain! I had two root canals and a filling done yesterday, and today I feel like a million bucks. I was so scared that I had let my mouth go for far too long, but with sedation, he promised I wouldn't feel anything, and he wasn't lying! Besides a small pinch, it was virtually painless and seemed like it was over before I knew it! And it cost a thousand less than was even expected!!! The front desk staff was amazing, and the whole process was very fast and painless (for lack of better words). They were kind and professional, and the office was clean and catered to my needs! I have found a dentist that I will be using for years to come for my whole family! Thanks again, Dentistry @ Palace Rd and Dr. Bains.

The entire experience was more than I anticipated, from my greeting from the "girls" at the front desk, to Sarah, my hygienist to Dr. Bains, everything was great. They explained every procedure, took time to make sure that I was comfortable in the chair and explained all findings. I would definitely recommend them.

The service was great. Dr. Gagandeep Bains Was very nice and accommodating our needs. We will recommend her to others. Amazing dentist !!!! I had a root canal done by Dr.Bain and there was literally no pain and done in 40 minutes . The staff are all amazing ,I highly recommend this clinic.

I highly recommend this dentist! I didn't get my teeth checked for longer than I care to admit, but they never made me feel bad about it and got everything sorted for me! The receptionists are incredibly nice and accommodating, and the dental staff are great and help you understand exactly what they're doing/why. You'll be in good hands if you go here!

Just wanted to share my excellent experience at Dentistry on Queen: Everyone there is incredibly kind and supportive. it honestly felt more like visiting friends than going to a clinic. I’ve had good dental care experiences before in Sweden, where they have very modern equipment and high standards of care, and here in Kingston I felt the same high standard, combined with a really warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Very professional and friendly staff - Dr Omar was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in helping me arrange for a tooth extraction with IV. I was especially impressed with how well sanitized and clean the facility was. Highly recommend this dental office.
