“Dr. Robyn Houlden completed her medical degree at the University of Ottawa, followed by endocrinology training and a research fellowship at the University of Toronto. She was a diabetes advisor for the Canadian Optimal Medication Prescribing and Utilization Service of the Canadian Agency for Drugs and Technologies in Health and the Ontario Ministry of Health. Dr. Robyn Houlden is a member of the eConsult/eReferral Clinical Advisory Group for the Ontario Ministry of Health and a provincial provider for eConsults in endocrinology. She practices at Kingston General Hospital. Dr. Robyn Houlden is a professor and chair of the Division of Endocrinology at Queen’s University.

2025 Update: Dr. Robyn Houlden has published over 150 peer-reviewed papers and has been recognized with 20 teaching awards. She serves as a Consultant in adult endocrinology at the Kingston General Hospital site and the Hotel Dieu Kingston site, Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Kingston General Hospital provides care and support services at two separate locations in downtown Kingston and near Queen’s University.”
