DR. JASON FRANKLIN - HOTEL DIEU HOSPITAL REVIEWS
Dr Franklin helped me through the removal of a parotid tumour. He was thorough in his explanations, brilliant in the surgery and reassuring and helpful in the recovery. Can't say enough good or thank him enough. Very grateful to have had his excellent care.
It’s been years since Dr Franklin did my thyroid surgery, but he was absolutely fantastic. Caring, knowledgeable, professional, it was the best possible experience. My kid didn’t even know I had a scar on my neck, I had to show her, it is so small and not obvious at all.
I can't say enough about the skills and compassion of Dr. Franklin. He removed the right lobe of my thyroid which contained quite a massive growth that wound around vocal cords and nerves. During recovery I hemorage and his quick action saved me from life threatening situation. He has excellent bedside mannerisms and an excellent sense of humor. I highly recommend him an excellent surgeon.

DR. DON MACNAUGHTON - EAR NOSE & THROAT CLINIC REVIEWS
Dr. MacNaughton is a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor who is worthy of being elevated from a 'body mechanic type doctor to a 'healer'. He has the intelligence and education of a physician but that has evolved, due to his compassion, into the role of a true healer. Wonderful gentleman born to be a doctor.
There is usually a wait at this clinic but it is because Dr Mcnaughton takes as much time as he needs with his patients. He answers all questions without being condescending and is willing to allow me to make some decisions about my own treatment. Wonderful doctor.
When I was 16 (now 43), I was a scared teenager being given a horrid diagnosis. A possible cancerous Timor in one of my right sinuses. Turns out I had a very rare polyp that was exceptionaly large for a girl my age. Dr MacNaughton reassured myself and my family that things would be fine. He is one of the kindest of the kind. The best bedside manner and is the most efficient in his field! Thank You, Erin Kirkby.

DR. EDMUND JONES - EAR NOSE & THROAT CLINIC REVIEWS
Dr. Jones has a wealth of knowledge and experience, and puts it to best use for his patients. His explanations are clear and realistic, and he listens patiently to concerns, never dismissing them. Punctuality can be impacted occasionally by emergency cases needing to be dealt with. His nurses and admin. staff are pleasant and efficient. All in all, a great clinic, very grateful for the care received.
Dr. Jones saw me through HDH Urgent Care. I had visited several times for a swollen nose, sinuses...etc. Finally the Dr. I had called Dr. Jones to have a look at me. He scoped my nose and determined it was Cellulitis and treated me right away. He even came back to Urgent care on a Sunday to check on me as I was scheduled to go on a vacation, he wanted to make sure my meds worked before I left. Not many Dr.'s would do that these days.
I have had 2 tympanoplasty's with Dr Jones now, because the first one didn't quite take. My situation was rather severe, so I fully expected another surgery. Both went very well and Dr Jones and the nurses at HDH were wonderful in answering questions and easing my anxieties. For both I only waited a few months for as well. The second surgery, my most recent, was an absolute breeze compared to the first and I was back to work after 5 days of rest. He has been very patient with my case (I went over 6 years with an undiagnosed collapsed eardrum) and honest about the likelihood of my hearing returning and everything else. He may not be the happiest go lucky doctor but he's a busy man and he gets to the point and has been the ONLY ent to actually fix my problems and be honest with me. Looking at my ear you can hardy even tell I've had 2 surgeries. In addition to his great surgical work, I always find his staff very helpful and understanding when I need to change appointments at the last minute due to my busy work schedule. I would definitely recommend him. He's worth the drive even if you're out of town.
