I’m very happy with customer service and help mark his coworker help me very excellent customer service . If have 100 star I wil give 100 star . Thank you mark help me today.

Very professional and efficient staff member assisted me with a remote site battery boost today. The technician was very friendly and informative. He arrived ahead of schedule and had me back up and running again within a few minutes. Also made an effort to make sure vehicle charging system was working properly before leaving.

Alex, my tow professional, really saved the day for me. He had exceptional customer service and patience in regards to safely and efficiently towing my large commercial van. On top of that, their dispatch went above and beyond to communicate with me regarding wait times and checked in to my own personal well being. I will recommend Cardinal Towing to anybody in need and will definitely be calling them again.

I would recommend this company to all my friends because the owner went above and beyond to help me and my family during what we thought to be a regular towing service. It ended up being a "ten star" service (five was not enough) that exceeded our expectations. He was really friendly and knowledgeable. He went extra miles to help us because I was with my young children. I had one of the worst days this year being stranded on a major highway with my kids while he turned the day around and kept us safe. Thank you so much for doing the extra for your customers. You made my day!

Super friendly and highly professional! I was surprised they showed up in just 25 minutes. They handled my motorcycle with great care, loading it up and stripping it down efficiently. Definitely highly recommended!

I had my car towed from Manitoulin Island to Brampton — nearly a 1,000 km trip — and they handled it with absolute perfection. Most importantly, the price was so reasonable that no one else could even come close. A big thank you to Adam and Lisa for making the whole process stress-free!

I Googled Tow Truck Near Me I came across this towing company. Obaid came with a flatbed tow truck and delivered my lowered mustang very carefully. His flatbed tow truck was equipped with the race ramps he took good care of my car. I would definitely call him if i need a towing service.
