I had nothing but a very professional and pleasant experience dealing with Brad and Matt over an outlet installation in my home. They were prompt and communicative throughout the process. They had to cut drywall and run a wire a fair distance behind my washer and dryer….It got unexpectedly a bit complicated when moving my washer and dryer out, but they stepped up to the plate and got it all done in a timely manner… and they also did a couple of small things that weren’t in the quote…Ty????. I would deal with TCA for any future electrical issues…. thank you TCA Electric.
Our project was small and straightforward so there wasn't too much surprise with the results. We went with TCA because of their transparent quote and break down of the cost for each job. Responses to follow up concerns and questions were professional, however they were not quick (perhaps due to the fact we were just a small project).
