I recently used Green Coast Rubbish for a small job – the removal and disposal of an old mattress – and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Even though it was a minor task, they treated it with utmost professionalism and efficiency, making the whole experience completely stress-free. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was excellent. The booking process was straightforward, and they were able to schedule a pickup time that fit perfectly into my busy schedule. The team arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. The two guys who came to pick up the mattress were friendly, courteous, and incredibly efficient. They handled everything quickly and with great care, ensuring that no damage was done to my home during the removal process. Despite the job being small, they didn’t cut any corners and provided top-notch service. Overall, Green Coast Rubbish exceeded my expectations. Whether you have a big project or just a small job like mine, I highly recommend their services. They made what could have been a hassle into a smooth and easy process. Five stars all the way!

I had various items to dispose of and it was all taken care of in one trip. I had appliances, patio furniture, charitable donations and broken patio items to remove all at once. They arrived promptly and all my stuff was smoothly cleared from start to finish. The removal crew were very professional, but very easy to talk to so the entire process was smooth and stress free. I've been using Green Coast Rubbish since I moved to BC. I like the owners approach to a truly green cleanup and disposal.

They were very accommodating and professional. Their price was also very reasonable for the task requested. I would definitely use them again. Great customer service. We are a developer so lots of heavy samples to be removed. They did it with no complains and were lovely to deal with. They will be my go to for any future company needs for junk removal.

Highly recommend! I've rented a bin from Keen on Green a couple of times now and both experiences have been great. The staff on the phone and in-person have been polite and knowledgable. Booking times and dates that worked for me was easy. And the pricing was far better than the competition. I also liked that they asked me to load in the recyclable items last so they could separate those out when taking the bin to the transfer station. I will definitely be booking them again in the future should the need arise.

Had a fantastic experience with Wilson. I am in a different province than the home I needed cleared out and working long distance felt effortless. The entire process was professional and respectful to both my mother’s belongings and the environment. Excellent communication between myself, our realtor and Wilson ensured everything was completed on time and below the budget I had estimated.

Amazing company. Showed up on time, very friendly , had to do stairs in a heritage building, took queen box spring, headboard and frame. Would highly recommend them. Excellent prices! A big thank you!!

Great experience. Called yesterday evening to make an appointment and they already came this morning to provide an on-site estimate and then take things away. Was super easy, hassle free, and good prices. The people making the appointments were efficient and polite and the two guys who came to pick things up did a great job and were right on time. Thanks to Tristan and Robert. Would 100% hire them again.

We were having a new couch delivered and needed our old one removed. I booked online and was able to make an appointment for 2 hours later! The guys were really friendly, helpful and efficient. Our new sofa arrived at the same time and they even helped with moving it in! Really highly recommend. 10/10.

I scheduled the appointment 2 days beforehand and they were able to come to us on a Saturday, brave a ton of stairs, give us a fair price, and keep a big smile on the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Fantastic service - thanks guys!
