Our tech David was friendly, efficient and diligent. I've used Pest Detective before and am glad to report they are still a fabulous company to deal with. They showed up on time, assessed the problem correctly and dealt with the situation in a timely manner. Nowadays these qualities in a company are extremely hard to find. Pest detective delivers and deserves our support when choosing a company to deal with your pests.

We had Pest Detective come by to deal with some silverfish and they did an outstanding job. Matthew, their pest controller, did a great job of explaining how the procedure would work, what to expect over the next few weeks, and what to do if we had any concerns. I'll definitely call Pest Detectives again and ask for Matthew if we have any other problems. Great job.

The 2-man crew was SUPER prompt, personable and efficient. Also, the chemicals were very effective. Our carpenter ant problem was wiped out almost immediately and completely eradicated by the end of 2 weeks. Great job Pest Detectives.

The technician is knowledgeable and professional. Upon arrival, he knew where to check for blockage and where best to put the bait stations. He was detailed to observe and check. The consultant Ben who first spoke on the phone with me helped me quickly to identify what is needed to be done. Their price and program is very reasonable. Lowest of the three that I quoted. Rodents were gone the night after the technician came and never came back. Definitely recommend them.

Solution Pest Control has taken care of our carpenter ant problem at Whistler for a few years now. I can say that we are very happy with the company from start to finish. The staff is great and passes on messages swiftly. Jordan, who takes care of our house is quick to respond and check out the current situation. He communicates immediately and follows up in writing. They’re doing everything right! Highly recommend them.

We had a wasp nest that needed to be removed and they responded to our request right away. Brandon provided excellent, friendly, informative service and had the job done quickly. Highly recommend Pest Solutions.

I have to say Rob is one of the most trusted pest control guys in the lower mainland. I had Rob to help me deal with mice problem at my house earlier in the year. Since my house is realy old, and it is difficult to keep them from comming back, I had mice problem again in this October, I contacted Rob again and he kindly honored his one year warranty. On the day of his arrival, he did not only come on time, but also came earlier than scheduled, he checked my entire house again to ceal the missing holes, and put more baits to ensure the mice already in the house will die eventually. Thank you so much, Rob, you are the Number 1.

Nasty wasp nest in the backyard, vicious creatures that attacked and stung me. I called the Pest Maven, he showed up within an hour and did a great job. The man is very friendly and knowledgeable, obviously with deep, extensive biology background, gave me good advice about other potential critters. Strongly recommend him.

Excellent fast and efficient, as well as friendly and explained the wasp situation in our 1910 house. Came back to check. All gone.
