Exellent Customer Service. Kay and Stephen are fantastic! I came back 2 days after I rented a space to hand over a piece of document to set up an automatic payment, the gentleman who received my document was fantastic too. Good pricing and space too, just what I needed.

I worked with Patricia in the North Van location. She was excellent. Even though I only needed to rent the storage unit for one month… She treated me as if I would be a customer for 10 years. I highly recommend Public storage. They treated me like gold.

Patty was so wonderful in setting up a storage unit for me! Highly recommend public storage for your needs.

MINI MALL STORAGE NORTH VANCOUVER REVIEWS

Our Company has rented space at this storage facility for many years and just recently sold the Company and and no longer have need for storage space. the premises are always clean and Ashish and other staff members were always helpful and courteous. we have on a number of occasions had a mobile shredding service come to the premises to shred documents and drivers always comment on the degree of security, saying it is the best they have seen. i can say in all the years we haduse of the facility, we never had any problems and can recommend them to anyone looking for storage space to rent. - Ian M

The Mini Mall Storage Unit is excellent! The facility is extremely well maintained and they are constantly cleaning and doing maintained to keep it in amazing condition. The staff I have interacted with I can not praise enough, everyone (Ashish in particular) goes out of their way to assist you and if they can not they offer solutions. Helpful, well priced, convenient and good hours. They are very accommodating and will go out of their way to make your experience better whenever you interact with the employees. Good security, great location, clean and rodent free lockers! They really take care of this place and it shows. Very happy with this company. I have been a long time client of theirs and have never had a bad experience.

The location is perfect and facilities were always impeccably clean. The staff were so very helpful from start to finish. Will use this space again.

Great people. Clean space. This is my second tenancy here, I highly recommend.
