I had maintenance done by Pro Gas last week and the process was super easy from start to finish. They were able to work around my schedule with no issues, were polite, and worked expeditiously to address all my concerns. I’d happily book with them next time service is due.

I had my furnace, on demand water system and fireplace serviced. It was a great experience as I learned more about my system(s) as the technician was most helpful in explaining the workings. He gave me tips for routine care and did not mind me being close at hand watching. Excellent service. Rhonda is very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Will continue to use this company for all my HVAC needs.

Our technician is always respectful of our property (carpets and furniture). He cleans up impeccably after himself, and the work is always done well and in a timely fashion. The place looks like it did before he got there!

I was thoroughly impressed with the impeccable service and punctuality of the workers. Their cleanliness, knowledge, and efficiency stood out as they seamlessly integrated the heating system with the air conditioning system in a confined space. Additionally, their attention to detail extended to reassembling all the walls post-work. I'm pleased to note that they also provided documentation and guidance for applying to Fortis BC for the rebate. I highly recommend their services, giving them a solid 10 out of 10.

Had Shaun service my HVAC's and he was very thorough and professional. He pointed out some issues I had and was very open and honest of what he can and will not do out of consideration of me as a customer I do not feel he is there to cash grab like some others and at the end of the day i paid for his visit and assessment which was honest and allowed me to make a better decision on how to approach my system. I will go back to him for future services and assessment of my unit.

I am writing this review because I had the most exceptional service. We live in the BP's and Shaun and his team came in and did an exceptional job. Very quick professional and caring. We had to replace our heat pump and furnace. Shaun went out of his way to help me. I am in a wheelchair and Shaun stayed behind when another tech showed up because he wasnt comfortable with the tech person. I appreciate everything his company did for us.
