We bought TORLYS flooring from Word of Mouth Floors as their prices were reasonable. Cody was very helpful and professional. He placed the order for us and confirmed it would take about a week to receive the products at their warehouse for pickup. We were pleased with his promise as the products were ready on time. One of the boxes had been damaged when shipped and when we messaged Cody with photos, he contacted the supplier for replacement. We received the new box from their showroom the following week. We would recommend Word of Mouth Floors for their excellent service, follow up and reasonable pricing for flooring.

The WOM team are amazing. Cody and Reina helped make the purchase of flooring smooth sailing from start to finish without me ever stepping foot in the store. Great prices, excellent communication. Will definitely be back.
