We are so grateful for Geoffrey's care and compassion after the passing of my Aunt's husband. She has mild dementia, and he treated her with kindness, patience, and respect. Their prices were transparent and reasonable. They explained the process clearly and patiently answered any questions. Everything occurred exactly as promised and in a timely, caring fashion. They looked after so many more details than we expected and did not put added pressure on us in any way. We feel so thankful that they were there to guide us through this difficult time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cypress. When my dad passed away, my wife referred me to them. Inside of 6 or 7 hours my dad was in their care and they filled out all the necessary forms. All I had to was sign. Moreover, they were very compassionate and caring. Their pricing was very reasonable. My dad's ashes were in my possession within a few days. They were simply awesome.

Since I am from out of town, I had to phone around to find a place to cremate my son. From the very first phone call, which was Geoffrey, he was so friendly and nice. I did not even phone anyone else and from then Kim was caring, helpful, and friendly, I would recommend cypress to anyone.
