EXPRESS DOOR REPAIR

My garage door opener broke down in the morning. Called Roy the same day and he make a promise to come the same day. Gave me several options and explained the differences. Garage door running again the same day. Really appreciate his professionalism, passion and patient.

Roy is professional, fast and reliable. He is very knowledgeable and not only fixed our garage door and broken spring, but also explained what he did and why. Highly recommended!!!

Roy is the best, I would give it 10 stars if allow. He came quickly and on time, explained everything, also charged me a very reasonable price for the repair and did more to ensure the door is running smoothly, I would recommend him to anyone for repair and getting a new door.

I noticed the bar housing the spring was bent only to find out one of the screws at the bracket was gone. I reported the matter to Express Door Repair and soon got a call from Roy. Ocular inspection was done upon arrival and Roy immediately worked on the problem. We found out the previous repairman installed the wrong screws putting pressure on the spring. Roy handled the repair by re installing the right screws. Not only that, he re aligned the beltdrive position of the motor to give a smoother operation. Roy is not only knowledgeable but professional with his work. he thinks outside the box and his rates are reasonable. Kudos to Express Door Repair. Highly recommend! - Elbert G
