My garage door stopped working a few days ago and I called Jim from J.Mac Garage Doors. I had a guess at what the issue was and was trying to buy a part that I thought might need replacing. He took the time to talk to me on the phone, troubleshoot the issue and confirm the part I needed to replace. The day I was planning to pick up the part I called him to confirm he was at the office. Turns out he was in the neighbourhood and he offered to swing by with the part I needed. He dropped off the part and even waited a few minutes to make sure it all worked. The customer service at J.Mac was above and beyond what I was expecting. If I ever need more help with my garage door I'll definitely be going back.

Jmac doors was very helpful. I hit our garage door and called a lot of other companies. Only Jmac gave me a very reasonable quotation. Angie was very pleasant on the phone. Jim, the owner, personally repaired our garage door. He was very professional and has a genuine and friendly personality. Will definitely refer them to our friends. - cholai and ferdinand
