Wow! Love the gym! Love the service! I had a goal to lose some fat, get stronger and confident in my skin. So I Signed up about a month ago with Kamal. Such a fantastic manager! Always ready to talk to and give all the support and advice. I also have a personal trainer and nutritionist.they provides the best training ever! I can already see the results of our hard work together. She knows exactly what I need and pushes me to the limits. Kamal is a fantastic nutritionist, always there to answer all my questions and guide! I could not ask for a better service and people to support me in my fitness journey. Truly recommend!

Amazing place for working out, awesome atmosphere all the associates and trainers are very welcoming and friendly. Trainers specially Baljeet Singh is awesome treat you with respect and trains you with proper technique and is very patient and understanding also Azzaro’s protein shakes are the best.

Great Gym, Great setup, Great Bar, Great change room…Great everything! Coming from Milton La I was hesitant to try the Brampton La, But This location blew me out of the waters in terms of the overall atmosphere. Great workers and great Gym; keep doing what you do.
