DR. KEN SEETHRAM - PACIFIC CENTRE FOR REPRODUCTIVE MEDICINE REVIEWS
I did 2 cycles with Dr Seethram. He is unique and really tries to lighten the mood with humour and fun. I understand not everyone is at the same mindset at the visits as we’re all hormonal, emotional and feeling victimized. But. He has what other doctors lack. Is the person ability, willingness to talk, gentle and responsive. Without him, there is no success for me. For those who do choose him know you’re choosing his experience- as I trust him wholeheartedly.
All around amazing. From the beginning of the fertility journey to the first scan he has been a source of reassurance and knowledge. Was early for all my appointments and so kind and caring through the entire process. I highly recommend Dr Seethram for any fertility needs. He’s a true gem.
Visiting Dr.Seethram in PCRM and I have to say he is my favorite doc here! I saw him during my IVF ( ultrasound and he also did my egg retrieval). He was so patient, friendly, kind, professional and knowledge!! I’ve been coming in and out of PCRM so many times, but he is the only doc actually care about my concerns and willing to listen to my concerns then try to talk me through( usually other doc would leave asap after ultrasound visit and hard to ask a few questions).

DR. SALIM LALANI - AFFINITY WOMEN'S HEALTH REVIEWS
When I had my phone call with Dr Lalani, I was unsure about him, however today I had my in person visit and I feel it went really well!! Dr Lalani was very kind, listened to what I am going through and he provided me with options for solutions. I didn't feel rushed in my appointment and I felt like he cared! It was such a better experience working with him today compared to the Gynaecology Clinic in New West where I had a female doctor. I am very grateful I have been connected to Dr Lalani!
Dr. Lalani is a caring physician who puts patients at ease during procedures that would otherwise be quite anxiety provoking. His clinical skills are outstanding. I would highly recommend his services to anyone requiring or considering a procedure or at his clinic.
Dr. Lalani is a caring, honest, and direct doctor who will lay out the facts for you as they are in a manner in which you can digest it. He had to perform a uterine biopsy on me in 2014 and he gently but bluntly said "this is going to hurt and unfortunately there's nothing I can do to protect you from that. You may want to scream. You may want to swear and curse me out. And you can do that. What you can't do is thrash about or be violent towards me and my staff. The former will cause you more pain. The latter will have you permanently removed as my patient and quite frankly, you need me as your doctor right now." Having that forewarning may not have been a soothing balm for some, but for me it made me trust that he will do everything he can to make that procedure hurt as little as possible. He also happens to be my MILs gynie and he caught something that was working it's way towards being ovarian cancer that her quack of a doctor kept writing off as a yeast infection. She had just recovered from breast cancer, so the last thing she needed was to have to go down that road again. As far as I'm concerned, he saved her life. There's a reason Dr. Lalani is as highly rated and as busy as he is. If you're referred to him, count your blessings.

DR. JENNY MUIR - AFFINITY WOMEN'S HEALTH REVIEWS
I had a surgery with Dr. Muir and I am so pleased and honoured that I chose her. She cares too much like my mother. I am a transgender male and she was dealing with me in a very respectful way. The surgery (Full Hysterectomy) was great and I had no pain at all. Dr. Muir is very experienced, professional and friendly and she listen to all details and answer any question and her staff specially Shannon was great and very helpful. I am really surprised how people can write odd comments about Dr. Muir. I really recommend her!
5 stars because I think she deserves it for being a top quality surgeon. But I have to say her staff (receptionist) is not great (as others have noted), although not the worst either. For anyone else who is FTM trans, I had a full removal of everything and Dr. Muir was always entirely respectful and helpful. No "but are you super sure? How sure are you?". She listened to what I wanted and asked minimal questions and we were good to go (didn't have to bring any special letters either, just referred by my GP). She is very professional and prompt and the O.R. nurse noted to me that she is a fast surgeon. It was my first surgery but my recovery has been so smooth and straightforward. I think she did a fantastic job, everything with my healing and my body are better than I had hoped. Would 100% recommend to anyone.
I am the husband of a patient that saw Dr. Muir today for a hysteroscopy Not being the subject offers me a unique perspective to observe, critique and report objectively. We were taken the procedure room 7 minutes early. Dr. Muir was more than on time. The Dr. was personable, professional, knowledgeable; calming in a way (scary procedure), and shared the results, answered our questions, and made the visit....for lack of a better word "pleasant" (not how one usually describes a doctor's visit). I had read the rate MD reviews prior to the appointment and found them somewhat polarized. Could the staff have been more "engaging?" Sure, but they were doing their job, busy and yet courteous. Mentioned in many places there are comments about Dr. Muir's chairside manor. We found it excellent, and perhaps that was because we had no expectations. Doctors are medical professionals doing their best to help each and every one of us. They are not our BFFs, they are highly trained people doing their best to promote our good health. I would hope that when others read these reviews they can temper their expectations, wait long enough not to write an emotional review, and deal constructively with the events of their visit...positive or negative. Kudos to this Doctor and her office.
