Had a vasectomy and everything went smoothly. I'm about 8.5 weeks out and feeling pretty good at this point. Considering vasectomies typically have a pretty high incidence of infection, hematoma, post operative pain, etc, I'm happy everything is healing up well. If I get the thumbs up that I'm sterile at my next test, I'll consider it a great success. I would feel completely confident in recommend Dr. Warner to anyone. I feel lucky I got such a great doctor and surgeon.

Do not hesitate to see Dr Warner. He is extremely knowledgeable and conscientious. He is honest and goes the extra mile to make sure you understand what is going on with any issues you are having. Do not hesitate to go see him. His office staff is fantastic as well. They listen to you and are very helpful.

Dr Warner is a highly proficient person. He is an artist at what he does. Be thankful if you need a urologist that you sre lucky enough to get Dr Warner.

Based on my proper experience (in all 72 years of age - life forced me to know many surgeons), I consider Dr. Vu Truong to be one of the best assets of the Canadian medical system. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring, having golden hands, he and his wonderful team are the ones who bring hope and smiles to the faces of their patients. After the surgery, looking on the internet at people with similar situations to mine, I was terrified and not willing to accept a similar faith. Fortunately and incredibly, only after three days, I was able to walk by myself, and soon after return to normal life. Fabulous!

I have nothing but the best to say about Dr. Truong. He is professional, kind and caring. His office staff is exceptional too. Great doctor, I am so glad I was referred to him.

Highly professional and informative. I could not have asked for a better urologist to remove my kidney stone. His office assistant, Angela, I cannot say enough good things about. I really felt supported throughout the proces.

I had a surprisingly pleasant vasectomy. Dr Wu is awesome, he made me feel comfortable with the procedure at every step, he has mastered his craft. It has been a couple of days since and with only ice packs the results are a clean incision and minor swelling. Burnaby hospital is also always a great experience.

Great experience all around. The receptionist was very kind and helpful from the first phone call. Dr. Wu was very professional, great sense of humour and great communication about the procedure before, during and after the surgery. Talked with me the whole time I had my procedure done to help me keep calm and distracted. Very great communication as he was telling me every step of the way what he was doing and what I would be feeling as the procedure went along.

Fabulous, caring, and very knowledgeable urologist. I've been seeing him now for a few years. I've never had to wait in his office, except when it was super busy. Kind and supportive staff. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
