3 Best Rheumatologists in Burnaby, BC

Today was my first face to face meeting with Dr. Chin, What an incredible Dr. & human being . He was very courteous, knowledgeable, he listened when I was talking about my pain & my concerns, he examined my legs & told me my skin was very tough, Explained why this was. I would recommend Dr. Chin to anyone looking for a very good Rheumatologist. I have met many many Dr's during my illness, by far he is the friendliest, knowledgeable in his field, understanding of the patient's concerns, very thorough with his findings & very professional in all his dealings. I really like Dr. Carson Chin & will continue to come for my follow ups.

The qualify of care provided by Dr Chin is exceptional. He understands patient's physical challenges and hardship. Throughout the treatment, Dr Chin was professional and attentive. Most importantly, Dr Chin answers patients' questions and concerns promptly, which is rare nowadays in BC.

The new building is refreshing and was easy to get to. The front end staff are helpful and friendly. Dr. Chin has helped my wife with the arthritis in her knees. She is now able to do many things that she couldn't before.

After dealing with the medical system for years I always look up the Dr I've been newly referred to. I was scared to go to my appointment based on thes reviews. I don't know if maybe there are two doctors with this name, but I don't know what people are talking about here. I've seen many oncologists, and then specialists due to issues related to cancer. This visit was one of the better. I usually wouldn't leave a review, as Dr Luongo behaved exactly how I would expect a Dr to. Asked questions, took medical history, recommendations aligned with current best practice and medical literature. He was friendly, and empathetic. If you're unsure, definately go have a consult, and see for yourself! So sad to see these reviews that could cost someone time and solutions to their pain.

I have been seeing Dr. Luongo for 5 years now. He has helped me from a very painful time in my life and seen me through all of it to get to where I can function like a new person. This man saved my life and continues to monitor me. Dr. Loungo and his staff are nothing but awesome. Thank you Dr. for giving me back my life. C. Smith.

After reading some reviews I was a little nervous. Quite the opposite. Receptionist could not have been more pleasant. Listening to Her speak with patients on the phone she was first class, cheery, compassionate and ready to assist with results, appointment dates etc, dr L uongo could not have been nicer, I did not feel rushed, he was patient. Asked questions, took his time checking my shoulder before recommending cortisone and suggesting a follow up to be sure everything was ok.
