I’m a natural level 9 Blonde. My friends and i thoight it would be fun to use temporary black root dye spray that was intended to wash out after one wash. However it did not, it stained my hair black in splotches and dried the ends once i tried using homemade remedies listed to remove it. I went to Plan B the day after and was met with incredible service, the staff consulted with each other and came up with a plan, they were able to fix my hair, correct the colour, cut and style within 2 hours. Incredible. Then they sold me some products and taught me when and how to use them to help the health of my hair. Shout out to Tim and Noëmi for the amazing experience. Definitely recommend !!

I love going to Plan B Headquarters because of Kim! She makes my whole day better when she does my hair. She not only knows how to tame my thick curly hair and cut it so I can actually style it but she does amazing hair tattoos! I love getting them done and she does an amazing job everytime. I have so much fun when I go to visit! If you are thinking of trying something new with your hair and have thought maybe a hair Tattoo would be fun go see her, she will treat you right!

Just got my haircut here, first time at plan B and it was an amazing experience! I used to go to chatters but after constant mess ups with my hair I decided to try something new! I do not regret it. I got a really large amount of hair cut off 10/10 would recommend. I’ll be coming here more often for sure, the environment was great, staff were super friendly!! They actually took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Thank you so much for an amazing haircut!

Absolutely fantastic in every way. The whole appointment is an experience, gourmet coffee bar menu, snacks if you’re hungry, their new location is absolutely stunning. Audrey is so incredibly talented, who does my cut and colour/highlights. All of the stylists are friendly and welcoming, and the front desk staff are the absolute best (I love them). Not only is the experience, setting/atmosphere 10/10, but the service I have received is always 10/10. I walk out of there thinking “this is the best colour and cut I have EVER had”, but I say that every time, about a place where everyone feels like family. Thankful for everyone at Ford.

Lisa-Marie and the whole Ford team are amazing. She is a skilled technician and artist who blends the art and science of a good cut. It is awesome. All of the other staff are professional and warm - make you feel welcome and confident in the quality of service The space is beautiful, the shampoo room is tranquil. I always look forward to my appointments.

Great experience. Most importantly the hair services were awesome. Lisa Marie spent time determining just the right colour to use for my highlights. It turned out fantastic. Overall, the service and ambiance of the salon is very good. Would definitely recommend it.

I royally destroyed my hair by bleaching at home and threw a Demi dark colour on my hair. I found Crimson on Instagram and called in for a consultation. Robyn has given me two colour removal treatments and PERFECT recommendations for products that saved my hair over time. I’m now finally able to get back to blonde professionally and slowly to not cause damage to my hair again. She is so kind and talked me through the process before anything touched my hair which was such a relief. Thank you Robyn for being patient with me and I can’t wait to see what my hair will look like next session. 10/10.

I recently had the pleasure of being pampered by Tara at Crimson. The salon is clean & beautiful and the staff are welcoming, kind & so helpful. Tara was able to work magic on my ridiculously long and thick hair and I couldn’t be more thankful. I am so pleased with the results and will definitely be returning time and time again!

Finally! I found a stylist that can expertly cut my short hair in a super trendy style that suits my age (74). Thank you Aleeshia!! I will no longer dread getting my hair cut and styled. I have tried so many Kelowna stylist but none compare with Aleeshia's artistic and expert cutting skills.
