We need to give a special shout out to Kayla’s team for the extra time and attention that was spent making sure the two children at our wedding were settling in and having a good time. Kayla is truly the best wedding planner in the Okanagan. Having worked with Kayla in the wedding industry as a makeup artist, I knew when I was getting married I had to hire her because she always provided the best service with my experience around her. My wedding with her was the exact same. She is prompt, professional, kind and very efficient. She has so much knowledge for every little thing that may or may not come up. She organized our day down to the minutes, and saved the day on a few occasions. I had absolutely ZERO stress on the wedding day, and she worked so hard to make sure everything was perfect; and it was. We hired Kayla to help us plan and execute our wedding at the Laurel Packinghouse - best decision we’ve ever made! Where can I begin, working with Shawna from White Orchid was flawless! She has an amazing calm, collected energy and was a true professional. I like that she provided me with tools to be organized with my wedding. They were really helpful to both me and fiancee. On our wedding day she was exceptional at knowing where to be at the right time, so that we didn't have to think about anything. Shawna really let us be present and in the moment of our wedding day and I can't thank her enough for giving us that. I highly recommend her for planning your wedding!
