CITY PARK REVIEWS
Great park in the heart of the city. Parking easily available, kids playground was good with a lot variety, nice skate park, splash park which was closed as we visited in early spring, there was a nice walking path along the lake. Short walk on it leads to ogopogo statue and downtown with icream & coffee shops around. The view of the bridge and the valley/lake was breathtaking. Highly recommended to visit if you are around.
I love this park. It has great mature trees and lovely flower beds. Lots of grass for picnics or just hanging out in the shade on a warm day. The beach is sandy and spacious, even when it's busy it's not that packed. The playground could use an update, but it's usually quite clean. The splash park and skate park are great spots for kids of all ages.
Very Beautiful park on the bank of Lake, spend your full day with swimming, sunlight and tree shadows.

You can do lots of activities, like walking, biking, boating, etc. Swimming is not allowed in this area, I believe. You will be amazed after visiting this site.

Great area to spend a nice day. Good scenery, numerous eating places. Boat show was hosted by the yacht club this weekend, which was a chance to explore their newish building.

BOYCE-GYRO BEACH PARK REVIEWS
Beautiful place in the morning but crowds up quick on a summer afternoon. Half the park is beach and half the park is nice grass Feild with sports courts and fields. Dogs are permitted only on the paved walkway between the beach and the grass. Not very pet friendly. Great place to spend on a hot summer day, good views down the lake. Good shopping across the street if you forget any essentials.
It is a great beach for families with young kids. The playground has so many fun things to do - zipline in the sand and into the water, sides, swings and lots of beach area to play. The water is fairly shallow a long ways out.
Always a good place. The kids love the park and the water is pretty clean and warm. Nice sand. Water sprayers to clean off the sand afterwards.
